Privacy Policy
Transparency is a gift. We collect only what your order needs — here's the whole picture.
What we collect
When you order — online or via WhatsApp — we collect your name, phone number, delivery location and, if you share it, your email for order confirmations. If you create an account we also store your order history, favourites and loyalty balance. Guests can shop without an account; we keep only what the order needs.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Pesapal, a licensed payment service provider. Your card number or mobile-money PIN goes directly to Pesapal — it never touches our servers. We receive only a payment confirmation: the amount, method (e.g. M-Pesa), a receipt code and a partially-masked payer number for reconciliation.
Analytics & cookies
We use privacy-respecting analytics (Umami) and Google Analytics to understand which gifts people love, and Sentry to catch errors so the site stays reliable. Analytics data is aggregated — it tells us pages are popular, not who you are. Your cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers.
Sharing
We never sell your data. Your delivery details are shared only with the rider or courier assigned to your order, and payment details only with Pesapal to process your payment. WhatsApp conversations are protected by WhatsApp's end-to-end encryption.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and personal data — email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp. We comply with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.
Retention
Order records are kept for bookkeeping and warranty purposes. Account data lives until you delete your account. Analytics data is retained in aggregate only. When data is no longer needed, it is removed.
